Congratulations to our representatives on the ladies county minor  team that captured the Ulster title for the fourth successive year beating Down by 3-11 to 1-5  in truagh on saturday. The club were well represented by Niamh McLaughlin, Ciara hegarty, and Orlaith Fuelong who were all on the starting 15.

The senior and reserve teams entertained Naomh Columba in the first round first leg of the intermediate championship on Saturday evening. The reserve team had no answer to the power of the visitors and n Columba ran out deserving winners. Tony McGeady and Paddy Keys battled hard for moville The senior team put up a fine display and with a little bit of luck could have secured victory as it was the game ended in a draw on a score of Moville 2-4 N Columba 1-7. The under 12 girls took part in an enjoyable blitz in Buncrana. This was a great opportunity for these young girls to show their skills. New players to shine for Moville were Cara and Ashling McGuinness.

The seniors have no game this weekend. The under 14s commence their league campaign on Friday evening when they travel to Muff to take on Naomh Padraig. The game has a 7pm throw in and the bus leaves at 6pm. The senior ladies are away to Glenfin on Sunday.

It is most important that all players register before playing. For further information re registering contact registrar Seamus Bovaird or sec Sean Faulkner.

Ladies training continues every Tuesday and Friday at 7.15pm. New players are most welcome. Ladies underage training for all age groups takes place every Monday at 5pm.

With the underage season getting underway we would appeal to parents to become involved and help out with the running of teams. Any parent that can offer any assistance should contact the secretary Sean Faulkner.

The annual golf classic will take place in Greencastle golf club on Saturday the 29th of may. It is the usual format of teams of four any combination. To book a time contact Greencastle Golf club at 9381013.

The Donegal GAA Cul Camp will take place in Moville from Monday the 19th to Friday the 23rd of July. The fee for the week is €65 and €50 for any additional family member. This is a fun packed week with expert coaching from local and county players. The camp will be co ordinated by youth officer Elaine McAleer tel 086 1613728

On Sunday week Donegal entertain Down in the Ulster championship in ballybofey. Entry to the stand is by ticket only. Any person requiring tickets should place their order with club secretary Sean Faulkner. The club intend to run a bus for underage members .
